Next Gear Fitting Studios runs custom golf club fittings at Barton Creek Country Club in Austin, Texas and NorthStone Country Club in Huntersville, North Carolina. This page explains what information we collect through nextgearfittingstudios.com and our scheduling and texting, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you schedule a fitting: your name, email address, mobile phone number, whether you play right- or left-handed, your zip code, the fitting and time you choose, and any notes you add.
• When you use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, preferred studio and your message.
• When you text us: your phone number and what you send.
• When you browse the site: pages visited, the device and browser used, and how you arrived, through cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and Google Ads.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, remind you about and run your fitting, and to build and deliver your clubs.
• To answer your questions, by email, phone or text.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

When you schedule a fitting, we text a reminder the day before to the mobile number you enter, with your fitting time, address and directions. If you reply, your message goes to your fitter, who may call or text you back. Expect about one reminder per appointment, plus any messages you send us and our answers.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to send the messages described here.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run parts of our business for us: scheduling, text messaging, website hosting and forms, analytics and advertising measurement, and internal team messaging. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. Our site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies to collect information about your visit; Google explains how it uses that information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. We may also share information if the law requires it.

None of the above includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared with any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and fitting records for as long as they are useful for serving you, for example to look up the specs of clubs we built for you, and as required for our business records.

Your choices

• Stop texts by replying STOP.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google's ad settings and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us.

Children

We fit golfers of all ages, and a parent or guardian schedules fittings for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information online directly from children under 13.
